What are your favorite low calorie pasta & chicken recipes that utilize spices and/or herbs for flavoring?
To avoid extra fat and calories when flavoring my foods, I try to use herbs and spices instead of sauces, gravies, etc. I’m looking for new ideas, that are quick and easy to prepare for chicken and pasta. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Actually whole wheat pasta is all I eat, and the brand I purchase is delicious. No taste loss at all.
